form maxlength too short

Viewing some strings produces the following error from includes/form.inc: "strings cannot be longer than 128 characters but is currently X characters long."

For example, at admin/build/translate/table/node-type, the default content type descriptions for pages and stories is over this length in many languages.

These fields should probably not have a maxlength at all.
