hello

it's the first time i use one vocabulary with different content types (feedapi node + feedapi item) through the
nice functionality of feedapi inherit. and i have to build seperate lists for the feedapi nodes and the feedapi items, organized through the
same terms - that's easy with views.

but when i use the taxonomy terms list in nodes -> they link into the taxonomy terms (used by both content types) and
i get a mixture of feedapi nodes and feedapi items. how to seperate them?

in general: one vocabulary and two content types with the same taxonomy links in nodes -> how to let taxonomy links from items only show the items in this taxonomy and
from nodes only the nodes (means filter by contenttype + taxonomy)?

i have no solution yet but after some research i would say: complicated :)
welcome in the gaps between taxonomy and views - i think you need a lot of knowledge about this stuff in general ...

does somebody has a tip: arguments, relations - this stuff a lot of people use, like me, but never really understood :)

Did you try using advanced_help for views?

I'm closing this issue because it is not FeedAPI related.

yes -> close it :)

hopefully other feedapi users read it, do a research in the world of views and post a short link here for solutions ...

hello

i opened the issue again, i hope this is o.k. ...

after some experiences with the feedapi stuff - i think it's anto simple model by the feedapi - it makes the taxonomy system very complicated: 2 content types are referenced to one vocabulary.

would it be possible to put the taxonomy terms of the feedapi-node into a seperate vocabulary for the items?
is there nobody out there with my problem? what are you doing with your taxonomy links, if you want for example different views of the nodes and the items?
and if you use a simple taxonomy link in the nodes, you get always lists of nodes and items ...
