Description
First up, great module. I'm putting together a store than is only selling non-shippable items, hence, no delivery address is needed. Strangely, the delivery State/Province field shows up without the delivery pane. See screenshot.

I think I fixed this on the 6.x version and backported to the 5.x version. Could you try out the 5.x-2.x-dev version and see if that fixes the problem?

Thank you for the incredible response time. Sorry if I overlooked an open issue for this error. This does appear to be fixed in the latest dev release, hooray!
This may be a dumb question, but would you say the dev release is safe to use on a production site? This is the only thing I have to fix before my latest project is wrapped up. :)

There might not have been an open issue (actually, it would be a "closed" issue) for the 5.x release.
Your question is not dumb at all, but it is not one I can answer. I backported a lot of the 6.x fixes into the 5.x-2.x-dev release and have left it as a -dev because I haven't had the time (or interest, really) in testing it. Curiously, I don't have any need for this module at the moment and will probably never use the 5.x version again.
So I depend on the users to tell me if something is broken. Unfortunately, the usage statistics don't tell me how many people are using this version (since the -dev version can change from day to day, it is really not one version, but multiple).
So, if this is important to you, you will need to do your own testing. Let me know how it goes and I may release it as 5.x-2.2.

Fair enough. I will do my best to put it through the paces and provide you with an update. Thanks!

Update: the site has been live for well over month and seems to be entirely in working order. Thanks!

Thanks! I'll put releasing 5.x-2.2 on my TO DO list.
