Hear,Hear!

I am developing a drupal site for a non for profit activisim organization, who wants rotating banners on their new drupal install, and who wants to use the goofy theme.

Any help would be invaluable.

The banner module has been successfully installed. However, nothing is shown when the module and access control to most users.
