I've installed the module and can't get any photos to come through.
I didn't get an error without PHPFlickr, (though I saw from a thread you had added that.)
With the library still no images.
There are no new nodes in admin/content/node and there are no block to show content if it's stored differently.
I don't know what kind of nodes it's suppose to make either, that doesn't seem to be configurable.
I hope I'm just not getting it.

Same here, I'm desperate to find a simple module that would create node upon image upload to Flickr, and thought this would be it. Looking at the issue queue there isn't any activity.
Could the maintainer express the status of this module so we know if it's worth even testing ?
Will continue testing other modules and will report back here.

Have you configured phpflickr?
Do you have the cron job running?
