I am checking whether this module is being maintained per Dealing with abandoned projects.

No I suppose it isn't. Are you interested in taking over?
I think there are a couple modules kind of like it out there. That at least allow people to keep track of time and invoicing. Can't remember names off-hand.
This module is good and fairly simple. I haven't maintained it because the one site where I use it is still on 4.7, believe it or not.
