Display Comments on Separate Page

Issue Summary

I would like to display comments on a separate page like the Talk module does with normal comments.

How do I do this?

I'm a beginner when it comes to Views, but would like to learn. How do I add a "Talk/Discussion" tab to the article page, and then link it to a page that display the view of all the threaded comments.

My goal is to have a Discussion page for each article which functions like GetSatisfaction.com. I'm sure you already knew this from my other issue: #476778: GetSatisfaction.com Style Comment Categories (Question, Idea, Problem, Praise)
