SIR I HAVE MADE A SITE ON MY COMPUTER AS LOCAL HOST BUT NOW I HAVE PURCHASED A WEBSPACE AND DOMAIN NAME HOW I CAN I DEPLOY IT TO WEB AND WHAT CHANGES SHOUD BE MADE PLZ HELP

#1 - there is a key on your keyboard above your left Shift and below the tab. For gawds sake learn how to turn it off! Either that or take your computer back to the shop and leave it there.

damn, let's not be sarcastic.

You could have simply asked the person to turn off the caps lock. As, all caps sentence is not easy on the eyes.

I agree with the whole cap locks thing. I'm sure it was just a newbie mistake :) Find a suitable web hosting provider that installs Drupal or can support it, back up your SQL database then restore it on the host. You should be good to go. If you've made any changes locally, upload those as well (themes, modules, etc). Hope that helps.
