Developer Wanted: Install profile and Drupal Distribution Creation

Hi,

I need someone to create a new distribution of Drupal for me. It will require firstly some general experienced advice on how to best achieve my goal, then (depending on that advice) some of the following tasks completing:

• Creation of a new default install profile for the distribution enabling some core modules and some bundled contributed modules.
• A new first time install front page and possibly some extra details on the set up forms
• Set up of default blocks etc.
• Light modification of an existing theme to incorporate the distributions logo and color scheme

The distribution is not to be set up as any kind of derivative competitor and all code may be contributed back to the Drupal community.

You will preferably have experience in creating install profiles / distributions or at minimum enough serious Drupal experience to work it out without billing me for learning hours. I'm an ex Drupal developer (been using it for over 5yrs now!) but do not have the time (or alas the skill anymore..) to do this myself.
