I'm getting the following warning when using a zen-based subtheme with php warning messages turned on:
notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/drupal6/sites/all/themes/zen/zen/template.block-editing.inc on line 49.Cheers,

What version of PHP are you running. 5.3 isn't support yet.

php 5.2.5 - however the warning is no longer appearing for me either.
