Upload image module

Hi;
I want to know if there is some Drupal module that allows to administrator upload images per user, in this way when each user enter to site, it will see your own images.
Please let me know if this module exists.

UPLOADING IMAGE
HI,
I JUST WANT TO UPLOAD AN IMAGE TO MY ACCOUNT. BUT I COULD NOT FIND ANY POSSIBLE WAY TO DO SO. I SAW THE IMAGE MODULE & TRIED IT BUT IT DID NOT WORK.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE STEPS TO UPLOAD PICTURE
