Administration password and email lost

Description
Hi, I have developed a site in drupal and this is my first site but now I have lost my admin password and the email too.
I logged into my hosting account and used PHPMYADMIN to modify the users table but no result. THe email listed in the DB is not working when I try to recover my password by Forget Password Option.
Kindly suggest something.
