i have created a block consist of images. This is block i would like to make it appear in the front page and the second pages. I would like to hide this image block in the third and fourth page.

So i have used the option called Show block on specific pages: in which i have used Show on every page except the listed pages.
In this option for one page is ok.. but if we want to include the name of more than one page ... how to do it... I mean is there any separator to seperate the different path name

If you give each page on one line it will work , i mean after enter your first page just click "Enter" key and enter your next page , thus it will work , this instructions are also given under the text area box
