spam protection on e-mail

I appreciate the option to show Email as a column but it should not show as a proper plain text address which can easily get harvested by spam bots.

I'd suggest giving admins the option to display e-mail addresses using one of multiple anti-spam techniques, e.g. name (at) domain.com
name at domain DOT com
or using a nifty javascript that assembles the address only in the browser and not the HTML code.

Would be very great to see.
