autocomplete tutorial and description field

Hi .
is it possible to include or just help me out here doing 2 important things that i want with the forms.?
a.I want when someone search with the autocomplete option at taxonomy terms to show me an example on how to do it?
b.When i search i want to have a description just in case.e.g I am now entering postal codes and i want as i type
e.g 79791 or 12325 or 23432 or anypostal code description to follow each term
for example if start typing

results should show like this
12345 New Town
12346 Old Town
12347 Very New Town
etc etc
