Notable bugfixes:
- #590804: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()..., thanks to BWPanda for the patch. PHP setups without support for curl will now actually work.
- #563096: Don't work with China translate , thanks to ceinma for reporting
Upgrade note: Icon naming conventions changed from 1.x, hence the major version update. You should either clean out your 'enabledlangs' subdirectory and copy over the desired flags from 'flags', or rename all of your existing icons in 'enabledlangs' to reflect the new conventions detailed in the README (reading the README is always strongly recommended).

Fixed faulty 6.x-1.3 release caused by wrong CVS tag. It caused errors for D6 users due to D5-style use of l().

- Emptied 'enabledlangs' subdirectory so as to make updating the module as easy as unpacking it over the previous version. The custom settings (icon files in the 'enabledlangs' subdirectory) will remain untouched. Issue #492300: Form-based flag settings?.
