I know that probably it will be duplicate, but I've got very simple question that I couldn't found so far.
Why there is no possibility to turn on Token on node view, node alter or some mail content?

Did you try token actions? That, along with the trigger module, should do what you want.

There is no any action provided by Token that I can set to make it working, only through form_alter or nodeapi
