Initial release of this module including following features.
- Get facebook stream from the users wall and display it in a blog.
- Updating of facebook stream automatically so that users no need to reload the page to see the updates
- Provides configuration to display number of posts in the block at user/%user/fbstreamconnect (user profile) page
- Provided configuration for the site administrator to display more information of the post by default or not
- Provided configuration for the site administrator to configure the facebook stream retrieval interval
