Come together with the global Drupal community in Rotterdam, 28 Sept – 1 Oct 2026. Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.I have image blocks with random images in my sidebar. If i click on an image a lightbox windows opens an displays the preview image (with 150 px).
There are some things i tested / mentioned to give some more information:
- in the standalone gallery an in the embedded gallery short URLs are working, but in the image blocks there are long URLs
- if you look at the html code for the page you see that the picture link is the preview image
- if you delete the preview image in the gallery the expected picture is opened from the gallery image block with lightbox, but the preview image in the embedded gallery is missing.

By the way: there are no errors neither in gallery nor in drupal
Would be nice if you could help me, cause i am trying to fix the problem for a week now.

Raginhari commentedI am very sorry folks, but it turned out to be a problem with lightbox. If i disable lightbox everything works fine. The problem is the auto function of lightbox cause they put the rel tag to the preveiw image not to the image link. I will open an issue on the page of the lightbox people.
