Page Title Module Doesn't work with Waffles theme

I am using Drupal 6 and Waffles
Waffles 6.x-1.3 version. The problem is that with waffles theme eanbled the page title module doesn't work. n my page title module's default setting I have set pattern for all node types as : [title] | [term] | [vocab] | [site-name] | [site-slogan]. But alas with waffle enabled and installed it doesn't work as I expect. Instead in waffle theme settings there is page title settings but I don't know how can I use that settings to achieve this:

EXAMPLE: Node Title | Taxonomy Term | Taxonomy Vocabulary | Site Name | Site Slogan
