Is it possible to set the new link to a google scholar search for each citation as optional.

This option could be to have it disabled or hidden from view for certain users?

The latter could be set via preferences.

You can turn them on/off globally on admin/settings/biblio in the "Links" section. Currently you can not turn them on and off based on user role.

Google scholar feature is a great addition! It would be great if the scholar link can also be made available in full page view (possibly as links in node using hook_link?)
