Issue Summary
I tried installing this module on a postgre installation, here is the error I received.
Faq_Ask: Unknown database type. Please notify the developer.

This message does not come from Faq_Ask itself. It sounds more like the settings.php "$db_url" may be spelled incorrectly; did you check that?
I'm sure we have other Postgresql users (#211064: Using FAQ_ask with postgres issues).
