I know the module hasn't been tagged for DRUPAL-4.7, but I tried the version in CVS HEAD anyway and it didn't work. Browsing to /admin/settings/image_import results in this:

Image import module has not yet been configured.

Just wondering when you plan to update the module to be compatible with 4.7

The module is only partially converted to 4.7 -- that's why it's not tagged yet. The DRUPAL-4-6 release is stable and works with Drupal 4.6. The HEAD branch is unstable and is still a work in progress. It will be tagged DRUPAL-4-7 when it's reasonably complete for that version.

In other words, hang in there -- it's coming. :-)
