carto module doesn't work anymore after upgrade from beta3 to beta4

Description

The carto module doesn't work anymore after upgrade from drupal 4.7.0-beta3 to beta4. The reason seems to be that the carto filter is not visible anymore for the input formats. When looking at the GMap module, the same is happening here also.

Sorry. I had forgotten to copy the modules to the new installation folder...
