Release notes

Thanks to @stoatoffear in issue #1318798: Just updated to v.2.2 - jquery effects aren't working now. I realized I've commited a huge mistake in the last release. This release fix the mistake and also adds the features from previous release.

This release contains a fix to issue #1303566: Remove jquery.cycle.min.js and jquery.easing.1.3.js, replace with download instructions or Libraries API implementation. It both remove third party libraries as well create dependency to Libraries API module

Release notes

Bugfixes:
- Disable autocycling when timeout is set to 0
- Removed duplicate output
- Do not load the easing effect js if none is chosen

Modifications:
- Moved all settings to the style options plugin, and removed the row style plugin (it makes it easier for the user to set up the view)
- It is now possible to display more than one field in each part in the view
- Added anchors for browsers with no JS support (or with JS disabled)
- Combined css files in one file
