If there is no views integration, how do you tell it what type of nodes to grab?

If there is no views integration, how do you tell it what type of nodes to grab? what if I only want to to show one content type?

Ok. I figured it out. sorry the settings in Content type did not show up till i cleared my cache for some reason.
I tried to follow these instructions for making a view:
For views integration, make sure you have Views module enabled then create a view and choose 'jCarousel Lite View' from the Views 'view type' drop-down.
and did not found anything called JCarousel Lite VIew from the view type drop down......
Any help?
