I need a module which asks for mobile number to the user when he/she creates an account in the site

First Enable "Profile"
First Enable "Profile" Module.(It's an optional module of the core);
Then go to "?q=admin/user/profile" . There you can add new fields.
keep in mind you must check "Visible in user registration form"
