Typos in module description

The word "get" should be "gets" and the word "there" should be "their" in the following sentence used in the description of the AdminBlock module: "Each item get there own edit link and delete link for quick administration."

Also, "privileges" is spelt wrong in this sentence: "The block will only show for users with "administer nodes" privilages."

Aside from the module description, the same corrections can be made in README.txt.
