The OP is suggesting you change "it's" to "its" and change the period to a question mark.

I am marking this as needs work:
The String 'Shall the vocabulary have it's own item.' has actually changed to 'Shows the vocabulary name as the top level menu item of the taxonomy menu.'
So, that no longer needs to change...

BUT

The translation strings have not been modified to reflect the new strings.
'Shall the vocabulary have it's own item.' is still in the translation files.

There is probably a whole lot of stuff that needs to be updated in the translation files... so this could be marked as closed and let someone with the incentive later do the translation work....
