Changes since DHTML Menu 7.x-1.0-alpha2

Features:
#479260: Bullet icon expansion was completely rewritten. If the option is selected, the expandable "arrow" icons are now replaced by bigger, more visible "folder" icons (a big Thank-You to Lullabot for their excellent GPL icon set). Invisible link overlays are placed over the icons and carefully positioned to ensure that they work on all themes, including locales with right-to-left text.
#477978: On the administration settings page, the list of menus to be disabled now displays the human-readable, localized names of all menus. This also replaces the node_load() calls for book names with a book_get_books().

Bugs fixed:
#477978: (see above) Drupal 7 core currently contains a nasty menu system bug that crashes the site when menu_get_names() is called, so this version introduces a temporary workaround until it is fixed in core.

Structure:
#477988: All theme-related functions are now split to dhtml_menu.theme.inc. This file will only be loaded when menu_tree_output() is called, so pages that have no menus in the side-bar will have a leaner foot-print. dhtml_menu.module only contains hook_init and hook_help now.

I've got a dozen more fixes for 7.x-1.0 to come, but my schedule plans for a final release around July 15. :)
