what modules are required to add a video

Hi

Can any one help me what contribute modules are need to add ,upload and dispay the videos on website
Since while adding the video module the video table is not created so i have downloaded all swf tools ,jq,jqmedia,filefield ,flashnode .can any one help how to use all those modules in order to upload a video .has i am new to drupal.Please help me in this regard.
