Menu appears in footer for users without permission

Hi,

first of all: thanks for this nice alternative for administration menu :-)

But as if my topic says I can see the plain menu at the bottom of my page - as a user who has not the right to get it displayed. I guess it is because of the missing ask for simplemenu_enabled() in simplemenu_footer().

Is it possible to fix that soon?
