hey all,

Our site currently has for every article, underneath the title it has a submited by and date.
right now the date format is June 2, 2009 and we would to change this to 2hrs and 30min ago format.

I would like to alert you to a module Timeago which is compatible with the version of Drupal you are using. From the sounds of it, this module should be able to do exactly what you need.

If this does not do the trick then I can implement a simple function to achieve what your after. It isn't hard to work something into your node template if needs be.

thanks a lot for this! I only wish I found it sooner, I had to hire someone to help me with that bit of code.
