Save nodes to file

I have a CCK node type for collecting address for catalog requests. Is there a module or anyway to easily export all of the "request" nodes to an excel file?
I need this to be something that is either run automatically or when one of the other Admins requests the list.
Just a simple "export all new requests"

I believe you can do this with the http://drupal.org/project/views_bonus module.
