Looking for D6 programmer to customize ad module

I'd like to find someone who can customize the very excellent "Ad" module found here... http://drupal.org/project/ad

I need this module to be able to handle capping impressions on a daily basis. For example, to cap an ad at 335 impressions per day, rather than just 10,000 outright.

It would also be nice to be able to schedule the ad to run from 8am to noon, for example.

Please let me know what you would charge for this kind of customization.
