I've set up a 4.7b4 site and during that setup I told it not to show posting dates. Well, now I would like to see them ... but I can't find the option that controls this (Yes, I know it's silly). I've looked through the settings several times but I can't find it. Please, could someone (without laughing too much) tell me where it is?

Fortuntly it hasn't changed
Fortuntly it hasn't changed in several versions It's just one of these items you set once per site and never revisit. :)
You will find them in the theme settings area.
?q=admin/themes/settings
And here's the obligatory handbook link

Duh ...
Even after reading the instructions it took me several minutes to see it ... sigh, must have been reading to much code today.
Thanks
Double Duh
Have to admit, I missed that one, too. Been wanting to make that change for months. Thank you, Steven, for setting us straight.

Remove the "Submitted by" text but keep the date?
Is there anyway of editing it futher by having it say just the date rather than having Submiited by..... also. I just want the date not the name of the submitter as well.
Can i control this on individual posts
Even better would be if i can control this in the individual posts like i do for other info like control if comments appear or not.
