XMPP Client launch block works fine only if OG module is enabled

For some reason, the XMPP Client (especially the "Launch" block) only works fine for me only if I have OG module installed and enabled; but the OG module is not put in dependency.
If OG module is disabled, the Launch block always shows "Configure client" instead of the launch button while my client is already well configured.

Have never seen this before in any of the modules, however if you can please utilize the 6.x-2.x.dev since the one you are using is currently 9 months old.

6.x-2.0 should resolve any of these problems since it is no longer tied into anything there and the og issue should disappear.
