Would this module work with taxonomy based permissions?

In addition to the role-based permissions found in Content Access, I find that I also need to have taxonomy-based permissions as well. A module I found for this is term_permissions. Is it possible that this module will conflict with yours? If so, can you recommend a solution?

The two modules should work together without to create conflict.

I was actually testing this functionality on a test site and the term_permissions module didn't appear to restrict anything. I opted for another solution.
