when I installed this latest version I realised that I when I list my Biblio the NOTE filed is also displayed, see here

And when I click on the record all information is displayed but the NOTE filed, any idea how this can be fixed.

It's not clear to me if you WANT it displayed in the citation list or NOT but I'm assuming you don't. You should go to the "admin/settings/biblio" page and open the "Styling" section and at the bottom of this section you will see a drop down called "Annotations:" if you select "none" from this list, that should remove the Note field from the citation list.

Strangely, the notes seem to show up in most, but not all of the (tabular) node displays. http://kurdistanica.com/?q=node/18, http://kurdistanica.com/?q=node/124 and most other have it, but http://kurdistanica.com/?q=node/60 doesn't and I can't explain that.

That is right I do not want to display the NOTE in the listing but only when I click to get further details for individual record.

Thanks it is working now. But I am not sure why it does not show in certain full record view.
