give form element a help so contextual help is available.

change how secondary links are done. make secondary links a subset of primary links

turn your menu links into tabs, so they aren't stuck as a block.

useablity: too many ways to do the same thing. It's hard to identify the best way to do a certain navigation thing.

Okay 4 issues here.

1. I think now Drupal core does a good job at giving contextual help. Most form elements have a description below. "fixed"

2. It's a menu setting now. "fixed"

3. I'm not sure I understand this one, but I think the way links are output as lists makes them themable at will. And with theme overrides we can do anything. "by design"

4. I guess this refers to different ways to build a site-wide navigation: menus, taxonomy_menus, books... Menus have been rewritten for Drupal 6 and modules will be able to integrate in a better way, so it could help narrowing the number of ways to build menu related things. Anyway Drupal's flexibility will always allow you to do thing in multiple ways, so this can be considered "by design".

I guess this one can be "closed", then.

Menus and general usability improvements can also be suggested and discussed in the [usability group](http://groups.drupal.org/usability).
