Drupal 6x --- Win (local) Apache ---- 5.1.2 php ------ 5.0.18 mysql .

Newbie here. Please be patient with me should I not explain "things" clearly.

I am using a custom theme I created. I have Garland for admin theme. I just installed Workflow for 6x and began playing with it. When I was finished, I deleted the story node that I had created in the Workflow play session. After the node was successfully deleted, I found myself staring at the home page displayed, of course, using my custom theme. Log-In and admin menu is not present on the front of the custom theme (or elsewhere, for that matter). As a result, I had to re-enter my administration area by using the url to go to admin. That won't work for office staff who are incompetent at everything on the web except reading. Well, and writing. Is there a way to have the next action after delete of node be a return to the admin page (in Garland). ??

Node delete return to homepage is default behavior as far as I understand it, so this is very much not the right issue queue for your request. But you may be able to get this to work with careful configuration of Rules module.

Since this request is over 2 years old, I'm going to assume a solution was found or you've moved on. If not, please get updated to the latest versions of all modules and roll a patch against Drupal 7 and I'll be glad to take a look at it.
