Sure it is.

Is there a plan to make a new release, in the next months?

Except from the Japanese and French translations, no changes were made since the last release, so why would I release?

The question I made is about the project in general, without a reference to a particular version (I selected a version because it's not possible to not do it).
The issue queue reports 4 bugs report still open, and I was wondering if those bugs (if they are really bugs) will be fixed.

Well, none of them have actual code suggested to fix the bug and except from one of them, none are reproduced or experienced by others. So given that their impact is very limited and the reporters are not interested to help in fixing them, I prioritize other Drupal tasks ahead of fixing problems experienced by lone people one-on-one. If either of them would have actual code suggestions, that would help, but given how small and seemingly non-widespread they are, I'd not rush a release either in case of fixing one or two of them.

I think this is all normal Drupal practice.

Thanks for your answer, Gabor; I was looking for a filter that would allow me to adopt a Wiki-like syntax, and I think I found it.
Thanks again for your kind reply.
