warning message while adding new module

when i add new module (quotes),i found this warnning and i donot know what i can do:
"This version is incompatible with the 7.0-dev version of Drupal core. "

Drupal 7
Drupal 7 is not a released version of Drupal. It is a development version, subject to change and breakage, and is NOT intended for general use. If you don't know what to do about that message, then you shouldn't be running Drupal 7.
I think it is clear enough
I think the message is saying that you are using Drupal 7 but trying to install the module from different version.
