Database file missing/not required?

The "read me" file contains the following:

To install, simply add the database and activate the module, in these steps.

1) From the command line, type 'mysql -u username -p drupal < postcount_rank.mysql' where drupal is your drupal database and username is your mysql username

The archive postcount_rank-4.5.0.tar.gz contains five files, none of which is postcount_rank.mysql:

INSTALL.txt
LICENSE.txt
postcount_rank.module
profile_hidden_field-4.5.0.patch
READ ME.txt

If the file is required it should be included, if not the reference to it should probably be removed.
