Duplicate Navigation Items

If you browse to my site, www.shadowbunnies.com, you will notice that there are multiple options for 'Create Content'. Most of them do not work and do not allow me to delete them from within Drupal. Clearning the cache, disabling/enabling menu, all sorts of steps I have tried while browsing through the forums do not seem to work.

The one resolution that I have not tried is cleaning out duplicate items in the database. I am brand new to all of this - Drupal, mySQL, etc and do not want to mess anything up more then I already have. :)

Server: Localhost via UNIX socket

Mu understanding is that I can query for duplicate items in the menu field and clean it out, but I cannot find the exact code required to do so. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction or have any feedback for me? Thank you in advance.
