CP Node Title field on User Registration form

Issue Summary

A Content Profile's Node Title is not included on the User Registration form.

Since the current decision is to not hide Node Titles from Content Profiles entirely, (see #332627: (optionally) hide Node Title field in user profile creation form, #337136: improve docs to mention auto nodetitle, #307639: All node fields/taxonomy/etc on registration form,) it seems appropriate to include Node Title on the User Registration form when the rest of the Content Profile form is there.

It could then be added as an option in the Hide these fields during registration: list...
