The title says it all: You cannot see that page correctly if you have tb.module in your modules dir but not enabled it. Probably because Snoopy (?) is not installed properly.

Can you tell me more ? Does it create a watchdog entry or something of the likes ?
I've tried to reproduce this, but haven't succeeded (but i didn't try to delete the snoopy class file yet).
