There are a few apps you can download and plugin to your IDE, or use from command line, but what I'm interested in here is a highly flexible web app that can be used without any need for downloads and setup, yet allows for things like anonymous user customisation from the front end.
A developer like me would find that very convenient, and there have just got to be others out there like me.
