Content Migration from any other CMS to DRUPAL

Please list out all the supported content types (such as Forums, Blogs, Wiki’s, mailman, etc) that can be migrated into DRUPAL from any other CMS. Provide me the module links also.

My site is on a joomla 1.0
My site is on a joomla 1.0 content management system, is it possible to migrate is to DRUPAL, im looking for a cms that's less complicated. are there a lot of complication with content migration to DRUPAL? or should i just stick with joomla? anyway, my website is at Don't be a victim - Background checks
What will happen to my modules and components, are there any layout or formatting issues?
I'm pretty much used to joomla, but i do have my issues with it. ( i guess every cms out there has one! )
