user relationship

when i installed this module .. i got this error

* user warning: Table 'xxx.user_relationships' doesn't exist query: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM (SELECT name FROM user_relationships user_relationships ) count_alias in /var/www/xxx/xxxx/httpdocs/labs/sites/all/modules/views/includes/view.inc on line 705.
* user warning: Table 'xxx.user_relationships' doesn't exist query: SELECT name, uid, picture FROM user_relationships user_relationships LIMIT 0, 30 in /var/www/vhosts/slank.com/xxx/xxx/sites/all/modules/views/includes/view.inc on line 731.

do i must to install user_relationship ?? because in the Readme not saying about user relationship..
